Used to affix the tooth to the shank. As you pound the pin through, it squeezes the neoprene and that holds the tooth on the adapter. The hard rubber insert allows the flex pin to spring back into shape after insertion in the tooth and shank. This makes for a tighter fit and reduces tooth chatter and pin loss.

Composed of two steel forgings that have a neoprene rubber in between.

Use with vertical pin teeth

Provides four-way locking support.
